He is currently managing the Xavor Shanghai operation chartered with incubating a Care Companion Robot venture for the growing aging population in China and is looking for Healthcare B2B channel and investment partners.<br \/>\nOver the last 10 years he has also taught Design-Driven Innovation &amp; Entrepreneurship at various universities including University of Southern California (USC), Fudan University, Wuhan University, Chongqing University, Beijing Normal University and Peking University. Hugh has a BBA from University of Texas Austin (USA), Executive MBA from University of California at Irvine (California) and Doctorate in Management from Case Western University in Cleveland, Ohio (USA).
