Biography: <\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Humayun is a practitioner-scholar with over 30 years of technology implementation experience with global healthcare and high-tech organizations in the US, Europe and Asia.
\nHugh is responsible for the business vision and technology direction for Xavor’s Global Age-Tech Incubator which is focused on building preventive home self-care solutions to enhance independent living by detecting and predicting digital biomarkers and symptoms for early physical and mental rehabilitation. He is currently managing the Xavor Shanghai operation chartered with incubating a Care Companion Robot venture for the growing aging population in China and is looking for Healthcare B2B channel and investment partners.
\nOver the last 10 years he has also taught Design-Driven Innovation & Entrepreneurship at various universities including University of Southern California (USC), Fudan University, Wuhan University, Chongqing University, Beijing Normal University and Peking University. Hugh has a BBA from University of Texas Austin (USA), Executive MBA from University of California at Irvine (California) and Doctorate in Management from Case Western University in Cleveland, Ohio (USA).
