Please note that all PDFs to be included in IEEE Xplore should have been validated through PDF eXpress for Xplore\u00ae compatibility.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ICOSST 2025 has registered to use IEEE PDF eXpress to generate and verify the format of all papers submitted.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Steps<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Create your manuscript(s).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Proofread and check the layout of the manuscript (it is highly recommended that this be done BEFORE going to IEEE PDF eXpress).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Create IEEE PDF eXpress account.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site: http:\/\/www.ieee-pdf-express.org\/<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">First-time users should do the following:<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Select the New Users<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Enter the following:<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">69113X for the Conference ID<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">your email address<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">a password<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Continue to enter information as prompted.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">An online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Upload source file(s) for Conversion; and\/or PDFs for Checking (Conference ID is 69113X). Uploading a paper to IEEE PDF eXpress is not the same as submitting the paper to the conference for review. The checked PDF paper still needs to be submitted by the normal means.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Use IEEE PDF eXpress to attain IEEE Xplore compatible PDF(s). The site contains extensive instructions, resources, helpful hints and access to technical support.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Submit final, IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s) as per the instructions found below.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">All authors are required to provide a transfer of copyright to IEEE. The respective IEEE online services are available with the successful author registration and upload of the camera-ready paper to the Microsoft CMT system, by\u00a0<strong>November 30th, 2025<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Submitting the Camera-Ready Version (Final PDF)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">You should submit the IEEE PDF compliance file to your Microsoft CMT author account by accessing the \u201cCamera Ready\u201d under the \u201cActions\u201d column.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">IEEE Copyright Form Submission (Mandatory for Publication):<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">You should Submit IEEE Copyright Form via your Microsoft CMT author account by clicking \u201cSubmit IEEE Copyright Form\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00a030th November 2025<\/strong>\u00a0is the deadline to submit\/upload the camera-ready version via MICROSOFT CMT System.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A Word file in the provided format \u2014 Source files may also be needed for minor formatting purposes etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">PDF version of your camera-ready paper must have passed the PDF Express checks. Please make sure that you submit the same pdf file which has been verified by the PDF Express.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore \u00ae subject to meet IEEE Xplore \u00ae scope and quality requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Please note that these instructions are specifically for virtual participants.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>1- In what manner will the virtual presentations of papers be conducted?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Your recorded video presentation will be played during the virtual sessions of the conference. If feasible, we encourage you to join the conference room for a live Q&amp;A during your presentation. The presentations will be streamed in various parallel Zoom rooms virtually.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We will provide you with ZOOM meeting room IDs and passcodes for live participation via email.
