Registration Guidelines for Authors/Paper Presenters
Step 1: Pay the author registration fee as mentioned on conference website:https://icosst.kics.edu.pk/2025/submission/
Step 2: Download and fill the conference copyright form. Fill, print, sign & scan it.
Step 3: Fill the Registration form with correct information. Click here for Registration form.
Step 4: Prepare your good quality video presentation as per below video format. Sample background image is available here. (Video presentation guidelines for authors)
Step 5: Send back your final video presentation on icosst.secretariat@

NOTE:
- It has to be noted that Accepted papers should be presented in person/Via Online by Authors.
- Registration is subject to author affiliation.
MODE OF PAYMENT: ICOSST 2025 shall check the format of all registered papers in accordance with instructions in Acceptance Notification. After the registration, we will send all qualified papers for IEEE Xplore publishing and to be included in the conference proceedings. Compliance to Acceptance Notification is STRICTLY MANDATORY as per DEADLINE FOR AUTHORS 25 November, 2025. beyond that the papers submissions incomplete in any sense may be omitted from publication to IEEE Xplore.
