Biography: 

Dr. Amir Mehmood is Associate Professor at the Al-Khawarizmi Institute of Computer Science (KICS), University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore, Pakistan. A leading expert in high-performance computing and networking, he holds a Ph.D. in engineering from the prestigious Technische Universität Berlin, Germany, obtained in 2012. Since 2013, Dr. Mehmood has spearheaded the High-Performance Computing and Networking Laboratory (HPCNL) at KICS, driving significant research advancements in the fields of internet measurements, big data, information retrieval, and AI. His research contributions delve into the core of internet technology, exploring innovative approaches to data analysis, information access, and artificial intelligence. He is a certified AWS cloud solution architect associate.
